This month we received a
training on customer development. As BBM is a new product, we have never been
in contact with relevant occupations before, so it is a challenge for us. We
don't have much experience in business development, so after the salesperson

This training is mainly
about how to develop customers. Just like the launch of our new products, the
public may not understand what this is at the beginning. At this time, we need
to take the initiative to introduce and recommend our products to customers.
Customers are also divided into groups. For example, the main products of some
customers are sanitary products, which has nothing to do with our direction. For
such customers, we don't need to spend too much energy on development. Some
customers are biodegradable products that are in line with us, and we need to
develop them well. This is also the purpose of our training today.
In this training, I think
there are many things to share with you. The most important thing is to be
confident. Salespeople should have confidence in themselves and their products.
Some people begin to doubt themselves as soon as the customer raises a
question. It seems that our products also have the problem he just said. It
seems that the problem he/she pointed out is ours. Once we start to have this
skeptical idea, customers will also have a skeptical attitude towards our
products, so we should strengthen ourselves and have confidence in ourselves.
Maybe our products are not the first choice for customers, but we should
believe in our own products and have confidence in ourselves. Our products have
advantages and can attract customers. Confidence is a necessary quality for us
to face customers and even difficulties.
