The BBM (Bamboo Biodegradable Materials) are mainly divided into five series according to different production processes. The five series are squeezing, injection molding, blister, extrusion and film blowing.

1. About the squeezing process, I would like to say......

The BBM straws are made by squeezing process and can be customized to different lengths and thicknesses. They are available in white and brown.

2. About the injection molding process, I would like to say......

The BBM cutlery are made by injection molding process. It is tough and hard enough to meet the standard of daily use.

3. About the blister process, I would like to say......

The BBM lunch Boxes are made by blister process. Similarly, our materials can be used to make disposable food containers such as plates, bowls and cups.

4. About the extrusion process, I would like to say......

The BBM bottles are made by extrusion process. It should be noted that our bottles had better be filled with neutral solution, and the caps can be made by injection molding process.

5. About the film blowing process, I would like to say......

The BBM shopping bags are made by film blowing process. We have done a lot of experiments to prove that they have good load-bearing capacity and sealing.

Finally, I would like to say the temperature range of our products is from minus 20 degrees Celsius to 95 degrees Celsius, under which there will be no deformation. And the processing temperature of BBM only needs 120-160 degrees Celsius, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption.
