BAMBOO BIODEGRADABLE MATERIAL
BBM is derived from moso bamboo. It undergoes fine extraction, screening, crushing and grinding, followed by purification, drying and sterilization with high‑precision equipment.
Moso bamboo is widely distributed across China, ensuring convenient and stable raw‑material supply. Growing rapidly in nature, moso bamboo is a highly sustainable plant.
As a material mainly composed of moso‑bamboo powder, BBM comes from nature and returns to nature. It serves as an ideal raw material for biodegradable products.
Fully‑degradable
Verified by TÜV Rheinland, an internationally‑renowned testing authority, BBM can be fully degraded into carbon dioxide and water. Under specific laboratory conditions, it turns into high‑quality compost within a 12‑week composting cycle.
Plastic‑free
BBM is plastic‑free, free of carcinogenic phthalate plasticizers and fluorescent agents, and contains no pesticide additives.
Compostable straws
BBM materials produce no persistent waste. Used BBM products buried underground will degrade into carbon dioxide and water.

Good water resistance, low‑temperature resistance, high strength and excellent toughness
Can be produced on existing equipment
Many other biodegradable materials such as PLA require auxiliary equipment like crystallizers before production. Each crystallizer additionally needs more than two operators, leading to higher costs and lower efficiency.
Production energy consumption can be reduced
The processing temperature of conventional plastics is generally 190℃‑200℃. In comparison, BBM features a lower processing temperature of only 120℃‑180℃, which greatly reduces energy consumption and cuts production costs.
Recycling & Circular Utilization
Defective products, sprue materials and edge trimmings generated during production can be blended into raw materials at a certain ratio for reuse. It achieves near‑zero material loss and further reduces product costs.
